Last night Manu and the 49 Swimming Pools organized a blind wine tasting for us. Blind folded as opposed to inebriated although no doubt some people were afterwards. Fabien proved to be the champion, identifying 4/4 wines correctly. Naturally the wines were served with fois gras - clearly not your average drinking game...
Today is show day and what they served us for lunch was UNBELIEVEABLE. Mussels done two ways, salad, beef, saucisson, potatoes, bread and an assortment of cheeses including warm winter cheese. Is this the best country in the world to be a musician or what?!
